I was one of the first pupils to join the school back in 2000. The small classes and one on one attention I received is exactly what I needed as I was struggling socially at a mainstream school. Fast forward a good couple of years and my son is one of the first pupils of an ex pupil :) Amadeus is truly a home away from home, where learning is made fun and each child praised for being themselves. The Lord chose the best teachers for this little school and I will forever be thankful for what this school has meant to me and now my family - Suzanne Potgieter
Thank you, Amadeus, for being a safe, happy place for our children. I can send them to school with peace in my heart, knowing they are being loved by your teachers. Thank you Uncle Jock, Aunty Erna, Aunty Meggan and Aunty Lauren - Tersia Muston
Before my granddaughter came to Amadeus, she was constantly complaining of a tummy ache, crying, not wanting to go to school. Subjected to bullying and nothing was done about it. Since she is with Amadeus, she is happy, content, and no sign of any anxiety. Her teacher has time to address her individual scholastic needs and I have seen a big improvement. The aftercare ladies also show extra care to the little ones.
Thank you to all staff at Amadeus!! 🌷🌷 - Wilna le Roux
My daughter is attending Amadeus school and she is loving it - from the teachers to the students.
Amadeus integrates compassion into their teaching standards, emphasizes the importance of values, and build leaders through each of their classes and lessons. After moving my daughter from a mainstream school to Amadeus I have seen a massive improvement on her education, her self-esteem is improving (of the smaller classes and getting one on one attention from the teachers) , making new friends and just a happy child. The teachers are passionate about seeing their students and helping them succeed. I am a happy, confident mother - Carla Janse van Rensburg
Amadeus is not a school; it is home and a family. My Son has been allowed to have found a place among them and we could not be more blessed by the love and support we have found. We owe so much to each person there. Thank you Uncle Jock, Aunty Erna and Aunty Meggan and Amadeus for everything you have done for us. - Darren Campbell
Our experience at Amadeus has been exceptional. The teachers are truly invested in each child's education and their individual growth as learners. Adjustments were made where needed to meet the needs of my son. Small class sizes and leveled learning have enabled my son to gain confidence in he's learning abilities. Amadeus brings out the best in every learner, by tapping into their individual strengths, while creating an environment of love, kindness, leadership and responsibility. Lauren is a kind and loving teacher; she has made my son's schooling experience a pleasant journey for him. We are so truly grateful for Amadeus. - Lize Bekker
Is my child going to thrive in his new school? Will he fit in with his classmates? Will his teacher be able to handle him on days that he feels emotional or anxious? These are all questions that I have asked myself many times before. A couple years back, I didn’t realize the full extent of just how much stress and concern goes into choosing the right school for my son. There were a few that just wasn’t the right fit for him. But I have been so incredibly lucky to find Amadeus. His teacher Lauren has played a pivotal role in his development, not only academically, but as a person as well. She’s the consoling voice on the bad days. The goofball when the kids need a laugh. A genuinely remarkable woman with so much love in her heart for each and every one of her students. That goes for Amadeus as a whole. The teachers don’t have a ‘get through the day so I can ship them off’ mentality. They take the time to build trust and connections with them, inspire them to reach their potentials, and broaden their mind set. It’s a school where your child can learn, thrive and be a kid without being treated like just another number. - Monica van der Vyver
My daughter started attending Amadeus in 2020, coming from a mainstream school, suffering from terrible social anxiety. Constant headaches and tummy aches resulting in not attending school for 3 months. We were referred to Amadeus where there are small classes and one on one teacher child interaction. She adapted very quickly and today I can say that I have a happy child and a child that is excited to go to school.
Teachers Erna, Lauren, Meggan and Uncle Jock are absolutely amazing with so much love, care and patience towards our kiddies. No doubt that if I had to make the decision all over again, I would still choose Amadeus! - Charlene Forbes
Amadeus has small classes in order for our children to receive the individual attention they need. The school is like a large family. Our children have thrived in the smaller class. The teachers love our children as their own. - Jenny Whitfield
